Career Confidence Assessments
This program includes five reports to assist you be the best that you can be in your career, the Facet5 Superskills of Conversations Profile and Development Report, The Facet5 Career Motivators Report and The Facet5 Spotlight Report. Once you purchase the course you will then be emailed a link to a survey that will take approximately 30 – 40 minutes to compete and then you will be emailed your two profiles and development reports. Please allow up to 24 hours for the reports to be emailed to you.
ASSESSMENT REPORT 1: FACET5 Personality, preferences and communications styles report.
Facet5 is a personality and communications style assessment tool that supports individuals to realise their potential by understanding themselves and others better. This is a strengths based assessment that focuses on the individuals unique profile and how that plays out in their everyday with the objective of enhancing performance, perspective taking, relationships, team effectiveness and career satisfaction. This product is the full profile that includes valuable information on leadership and management style, motivation and engagement and team contribution. This report is useful and invaluable for every individual at every stage of their career.
ASSESMENT 2: Facet5 Super-Skills Report.
Facet5 Super-Skills is a report focused on the 5 Super-Skills of Great Conversations™. It shows how an individual is likely to show-up in conversation based on their personality. The report generates awareness of an individual’s natural Super-Skills profile, and how they can leverage, manage and develop these skills to have more productive conversations.
ASSESSMENT REPORT 3: Career Motivators Report.
We all have preferences about our work. Some people want to develop a range of skills and build a career. Others want to develop specialised skills in their favourite area, while others will want to give back to society. These are what we call Career Motivators. There are thousands of different patterns of Career Motivators, but research has identified seven that are core.
