Jessica Symes Toomey – MSc (CoachPsyc)

About Jess:

Executive and Career Coach, Speaker and Presenter. Before moving into a career in coaching psychology and science, Jessica had a creative background and literally grew up in the world of theatre and is a graduate of The National Institute of Dramatic Arts – NIDA Directing Course.

After a successful career as a theatre director and acting coach she transitioned into executive coaching, completing her Masters in Applied Science – The Psychology of Coaching from the University of Sydney to continue her skill of getting performance out of people and realising potential.

Her work focuses on self responsibility and ownership, resilience, purpose and goals.The process is focused on evidence based coaching psychology and theories and models that support the individual to move forward in a positive, productive and purposeful direction. Jessica is dedicated to supporting clients to thrive in both their work lives and outside work. Jessica is based in Sydney, Australia where she lives with her three sons and husband. When she ins’t coaching or working on her business she is passionate about wellness, cooking, gardening, theatre and the arts, volunteering for ‘Dress for Success’ and all things that revolve around her family.
