Humpty Doo Barramundi produces premium, saltwater Barramundi that is sustainably grown on 100% Australian family owned and operated farm, halfway between Darwin and Kakadu National Park in Australia’s Northern Territory.
I have been fortunate enough to work with Humpty Doo Barramundi for a number of years as an external consultant using Facet5 to support their recruitment and people development objectives. The company embraces their people as vitally important to their business and the value they place on them is inspiring. I have also had the pleasure to visit the farm and it is picturesque, stunning and a magical place that can only be seen to be believed.
Since 1993 they have nurtured their premium saltwater Barramundi on their family farm alongside the majestic Adelaide River in Australia’s remote Northern Territory – the spiritual home of the Barramundi.
